SOPs for Reliable Hospitality Serviced Apartments
At Reliable Hospitality, we adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a seamless experience for our guests and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
1. Bookings
• Operators are required to provide complete information on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Guests must be fully aware of the rules and requirements of the serviced apartments.
• Serviced apartments are exclusively for lodging purposes for guests and families visiting Islamabad. Parties or multiple bookings by different guests for a single day are strictly prohibited.
2. Registration of Guests
• Operators must be personally present during check-in to verify guest identities.
• Guests must provide valid CNICs (or equivalent identification) for all individuals. Failure to comply will result in denied access.
• Only registered guests are allowed entry into the premises, and they must proceed directly to their assigned apartments.
3. Rules for Stay
• Parties and Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and events are not allowed within the apartments.
• Noise Consideration: We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect the comfort of other residents. Excessive noise may result in a fine of PKR 50,000, which will be charged to the operator.
• Respectful Behaviour: We strive to maintain a harmonious community. Disorderly conduct or intoxication is not permitted, and we reserve the right to impose penalties in such cases.
• Safety and Integrity: We uphold a safe and responsible environment. Any illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately should such activities occur.
• Alcohol and Intoxicants: For the well-being of all, the possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants is not allowed on the premises, and violators will be asked to leave.
• Balcony Use: To maintain the aesthetic and cleanliness of the building, hanging clothes or other items from the balcony is not allowed. Please also refrain from littering, as a fine of PKR 20,000 will be applied in such cases.
• Visitors: We welcome your guests! However, for security reasons, no visitors are allowed after 10 PM unless their CNIC is registered at the reception ahead of time.
• Food Delivery: You are welcome to order food! For security reasons, delivery personnel will not be permitted inside the building, but food can be collected from the operator.
• Pets: While we love animals, pets are not allowed in the building to maintain the comfort and safety of all residents.
