At Reliable Hospitality, we follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide our guests with a seamless, comfortable stay while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.



1. Bookings


·      Operators are required to provide complete and accurate information on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

·      Guests must be fully informed of all rules and requirements of the serviced apartments prior to booking.

·      Serviced apartments are exclusively for lodging purposes for guests and families visiting Islamabad.

·      Parties or multiple bookings by different guests for a single day are strictly prohibited.



2. Registration of Guests


·      Operators must be personally present during check-in to verify guest identities.

·      Guests are required to provide valid CNICs (or equivalent identification) for all individuals staying.

·      Failure to comply will result in denied access.

·      Only registered guests are allowed entry into the premises and must proceed directly to their assigned apartments.



3. Rules for Stay


Parties and Gatherings

·      To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and events are not allowed within the apartments.


Noise Consideration

·      Guests are requested to keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.

·      Excessive noise may result in a fine of PKR 50,000, charged to the operator.


Respectful Behaviour

·      Disorderly conduct or intoxication is not permitted.

·      Reliable Hospitality reserves the right to impose penalties in such cases.


Safety and Integrity

·      Any illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

·      Guests found violating this will be required to vacate immediately.


Alcohol and Intoxicants

·      The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants is not allowed.

·      Violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately.


Balcony Use

·      Hanging clothes or other items from the balcony is prohibited.

·      Littering is not allowed; violators may be fined PKR 20,000.


Visitors

·      Visitors are welcome but not allowed after 10 PM, unless their CNIC is registered at the reception beforehand.


Food Delivery

·      Guests may order food deliveries.

·      For security reasons, delivery personnel are not permitted inside the building; food can be collected from the operator.


Pets

·      Pets are not allowed in the building to maintain comfort and safety for all residents.



4. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy


Early Check-In

·      Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.

·      Check-in before 9:00 AM will incur an additional full day’s charge.

·      Check-in after 9:00 AM is subject to availability and, in most cases, will not incur additional charges.


Late Check-Out

·      Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM.

·      Check-out between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM will incur half a day’s charge, subject to availability.

·      Check-out after 5:00 PM will incur a full day’s charge.


Note

·      Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

·      Reliable Hospitality will make every effort to accommodate guest requests.
